Sharma began her working life with Maharana Pratap on Sony Entertainment Television portraying Chand Kanwar.She later portrayed Rajkumari Ahankara in the Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat series on Colors TV. She debuted in a movie in 2016 called Fitoor as Young Firdaus. She portrayed Young Dia in Baar Baar Dekho and Mini in Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh in the same year.

Sharma appeared as Mehtab Kaur in the 2017 film Sher-e-Punjab: Maharaja Ranjit Singh. She portrayed Aadhya Verma in Colors TV’s Internet Wala Love from 2018 to 2019.

In a studio located in Naigaon, Maharashtra, on December 24, 2022, Sharma killed herself on the set of the TV series Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul, in the makeup room of her co-star Sheezan Khan. After being brought to a hospital, she was pronounced dead (DOA) upon arrival. After her mother filed a case against him, Sheezan Khan was arrested on charges of aiding and abetting suicide. Sharma and Khan had allegedly been dating but had broken up before Sharma passed away.
